MATERIALS NEEDED:
Find a nice Tube or a winter landscape

The Tube used in this tag example was

also you need the mask from Zuzzanna (zuzzanna_winther_mask)
and a silver pattern.
Open all in PSP.
 

FILTERS NEEDED

Filter Factory A

Alien Skin Xenofex 2

Let's begin ! :)
 

Open a new transparent canvas, size 600 x 450 pixels.
Choose a dark color from your image as a foreground color
and a light color for the background.
 

Make a gradient of the background color with these settings:
Angle 45 / Repeats 3 / Invert = unchecked / Style - Linear.

Change the foreground color to the silver pattern.

Fill the canvas with the gradient.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius 40.

Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory A: Triangular Mosaic Filter - standard.

Layers - New Raster Layer
Fill with the silver pattern.

Layers - New Mask Layer -  From Image

Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
1 / 1 / 70 / 2.00 / color black.

Rename this layer 'Mask' in the Layers palette.

Adjust - Sharpen.

Activate the Selection tool - Rectangle
and draw a selection as shown below:

Layers - New Raster Layer
Rename this layer 'Image'
Change the gradient angle to 315.
Fill the selection with the gradient.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius 40.

Activate your tube now.
Edit - Copy.
Back to the canvas.
Edit - Paste as new Layer.

Resize it fit to your Image.

Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation:

You can play with "overdrive" if you think, this effect is to extrem for your image

Selections - Invert.
Activate the 'Mask' layer.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
Selections - Invert.

Layers - New Raster layer
Rename this layer 'Frame1'
Selections - Modify - Select Selection Border

Fill the selection with the silver pattern.
Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel:

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
0 / 0 / 100 / 17.82 / color black.

Layers - New Raster Layer
Rename this layer 'Frame 2'
Selections - Select All.
Fill the selection with the silver pattern.
Selections - Modify - Contract by 7 pixels.
Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout:

Selections - Invert.
Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel - same settings as before.
Layers - Merge - Merge All.

Add the copymark from the artist and your watermark
and save as jpg.
You're done! :)
