This tutorial is based on an idea of Angela's internet friend Melanie.
Melanie graciously gave permission to have it written up in
this tutorial.

Any resemblance to any other tutorials is purely coincidental.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

Paint Shop Pro

FILTERS:

Filters Unlimited

Filter Factory Gallery F

Filter &NEU

VM Natural

Download the supplies HERE
The zip contains:
a mask

Let's begin!

1. Open your image.
Duplicate it.
Resize so that the longest side is 400 pixels.

a. Activate the image which you have minimized to the
taskbar earlier.
Edit - Copy it into the memory.

Open a new transparent canvas, size 1012(1260) x 400 pixels.

b. Selections - Select All.
Edit - Paste - Paste Into Selection.
Selections - Select None.

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling.

c. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius 2.50

Layers - Duplicate.

d. Effects - Plugins - Neu - 8. Lila Engel

Change the opacity of this layer to 14% in the Layers palette.
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

e. Adjust - Softness - Soft Focus:

f. Effects - Plugins - VM Natural - Sparkle:

g. Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling -
same as in step b.

h. Activate the minimized graphic.
Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk.
Find the 'B_CircleGradient'- mask and apply
with these settings:

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

i. Edit - Copy.
Back to the background canvas.
Edit - Paste - Paste as New Layer.
Resize to fit nicely.
Use the Mover Tool to position it against the left edge.

j. Add a new Raster layer.
Fill with white.
Drag it to the bottom in the Layers palette.
Reduce the opacity of the background canvas layer to 75%.
Use the Eraser tool to remove the edges on the masked layer.

k. Layers - Merge - Merge All.
Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling.

Add the copymark from the artist and your watermark
and save as jpg.
You're done! :)

In IM Letter Creator:
Insert the background and let it tile
down the page.
The previously made graphic is added
in the top center.
Choose a matching text font and font color
and your stationery is finished! :)
