Let's Start!

1. Open "BC_Template_12" in PSP

Window > Duplicate

Delete the Layer with the Copymark

Activate the Layer "Hintergrund"

2. Image > Canvas Size > 700 x 700 Pixel

Set the Topcolor to white

Fill the Layer "Hintergrund" with it

3. Open "WSL_Mask59" in PSP

Minimize

4. Activate and copy "p2_bc_spring"

or s Paper of your choice

Paste as new Layer in your Image

5. Layer > New Masklayer > From Image

Search "WSL_Mask59"

Mask invert NOT checked!

Layers > Merge > Merge Group

6. Layer > Duplicate

Activate the Original Masklayer (it should be the second Layer from Bottom)

Image > Resize > 90% > All Layers NOT checked

Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic Antique

7. Activate the duplicated Masklayer

Image > Resize > 85% > All Layers NOT checked

Image > Mirror

Effects > 3D-Effects > Drop Shadow > of your choice

8. Activate the Layer "Kreis"

Selections > Select All

Selections > Float

Selections > Modify > Expand > 1 Pixel

9. Activate and copy "p11_bc_spring" or a Paper of your choice

Back to your Image

Edit > Paste > Paste into Selection

Selections > Deselect

10. Open "glitter2_bc_spring" or a Glitter of your choice

(you find the Glitters in "Elements")

Search "Glitter"

Angle 0, Size 50

Back to your Image

Activate the Layer "Striche Kreis"

Selections > Select All

Selections > Float

Selections > Not Float

Hit Delete

Fill the Selection with the Glitter

Selections > Deselect

Effects > 3D-Effects > Drop Shadow > of your choice

Adjust > Sharpen

Repeat >Sharpen

11. Activate the Layer "abger. Rechteck"

Layers > Delete

12. Activate the Layer "Rechteck"

Selections > Select All

Selections > Float

Selections > Modify > Expand > 1 Pixel

Activate and copy "p6_bc_spring" or a Paper of your choice

Back to your Image

Edit > Paste > Paste into Selection

Selections > Deselect

Adjust > Sharpen

13. Activate the Layer "Dia"

Edit > Paste > Paste into Selection

14. Activate the Layer "Rahmen Rechteck"

Fill the Selection with the Glitter

Selections > Deselect

Effects > 3D-Effects > Innerbevel > of your choice

Effects > 3D-Effects > Drop Shadow > of your choice

15. Activate the Layer "Rahmen Dia"

16. Activate the Layer "Blume"

You can Select this Layer likes before and fill with a Paper or Glitter

I have delete this Layer

17. Arrange Tubes of your choice into the Frames

I have used Flowers from the Scrapkit

resized, arranged and make a Dropshadow

18. Two Doodles i have move under the "Kreis" Layer and arranged

"wrapbow2_bc_spring" i have paste in the top of Layer "Rahmen Rechteck"

as new Layer, resized to 80%, arranged and make Drop Shadoe

19. If you like, you can paste and arrange more Elements

Type a Text of your choice and make a Drop Shadow
